Mission
The main mission of the library is to provide information services that support the training, research and consultancy information needs of Seeta University staff and participants, through building and maintaining of a vital collection of information resources.
Objectives
To develop and provide an organized collections of both print and non-print resources that support the training, consultancy and research needs of MTAC staff and participants
To create an environment in which resources are made readily accessible, not only through the provision of appropriate facilities, furnishings, equipment, and supplies, but particularly through the provision of effective library service.

Rules and Regulations
General Conduct
- Maintain silence in study areas; use designated discussion zones for group work.
- Respect fellow users and library staff at all times.
- Food and drinks (except water in closed containers) are not permitted inside.
- Mobile phones must be on silent mode; calls should be taken outside.
Opening Hours & Access
- Library hours are posted at entrances and online; adhere strictly to them.
- Only registered students, faculty, and authorized visitors may access facilities.
- University ID cards must be presented for entry and borrowing.
Borrowing & Returns
- Books must be checked out using a valid ID card.
- Loan periods vary by material type (e.g., textbooks, journals, reserve items).
- Late returns incur fines; lost or damaged items must be replaced or paid for.
- Reference materials, rare books, and archives are for in-library use only.
Technology & Equipment
- Computers are for academic use; recreational browsing may be restricted.
- Printing and photocopying services are available at posted rates.
- Do not tamper with library equipment or software.
Study Spaces
- Study rooms must be booked in advance; unreserved use is not allowed.
- Keep spaces tidy; dispose of waste properly.
- Sleeping in study areas is discouraged.
Academic Integrity
- Plagiarism and misuse of library resources violate university policies.
- Unauthorized removal of materials is considered theft and subject to disciplinary action.
Safety & Security
- Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
- Follow evacuation procedures during drills or emergencies.
- Personal belongings should not be left unattended; the library is not responsible for lost items.
